Thank you! - with love, aja ♡ (effective june 21) Cancelation Policy : Please cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours prior to your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee. Repeat rescheduling more than once will result in cancellation & will require a new booking inquiry & deposit. Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours' notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service value, including partial service cancellations (e.g., cancelling your color portion of a color / cut appointment). Same day cancellations or no shows will result in deposit being forfeited & must pay no show fee to rebook. All fees will be charged to the card on file, and must be paid before booking any future appointments. Clients who no show will not be eligible to rebook. All NEW blonding & color correction services will require in person consultation before booking service. If you are unsatisfied with your results, there is a 5 day period to communicate to receive adjustments or partial refund. All inquires after 5 day period will need to reschedule another service. All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. Tardiness : There is a 15 minute running late grace period. I understand life happens but please communicate via text or message to let me know if you're running behind. after 15 minute grace period is completed and /or no communication of tardiness - appointment will be considered a no-show, deposit is forfeited & must be rescheduled for a later date.
