We did it. We opened Root Parlour Hair Co!!! A dream of mine is to provide this community with a place that exudes comfort and ease, but you know we keep it chic while doing it. I say We because I could not of done it with without my community, my village, my clientele and mostly my husband @billgutsky. I have to start off by thanking my husband aka my handyman, my engineer, my sanity, my business manager, my everything because the gratitude I feel for him is nothing I could ever express in a life time of instagram captions. Because when I wanted to quit, he picked up the slack and kept the train movin. And to all my family and friends that kept me sane, gave me praise and reassurance, it does not go unrecognized and I’ll never stop returning the favors. I also have to give the most massive thank you to the owners and team at @sweet1017hairdressing. It was truly a blessing to have stumbled into this salon full of gorgeous people inside and out. The short 7 months I spent there will always carry a special place in my heart. You showed me what a true workplace family is and I can only ever strive to create the same in my space.
