Terms of Service

Welcome to Inspo. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Inspo website and services at inspo.fm (“Inspo”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using Inspo, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use Inspo.

1. Who can use Inspo

You must be at least 13 years old to use Inspo. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 13, we will remove it. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure.

2. Accounts and profiles

One account (one email) can hold up to three profiles (personal and artist/business). Account types can’t be converted after creation. Usernames are unique; a changed username is held for 30 days before anyone else can claim it. We may reclaim usernames that impersonate others, infringe trademarks, or violate these Terms.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you post. By posting, you grant Inspo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute that content for the purpose of operating and improving the service. You represent that you have the rights to everything you post.

Booking-confirmation photos:when you submit photos of completed work to an artist as part of a booking confirmation, you grant both Inspo and that artist a license to display those photos on the artist’s profile, credited or uncredited per your choice at submission.

4. Featured Instagram content

Some artist profiles are “featured” profiles we seed with publicly available work from Instagram, always with attribution and a clear notice that the artist hasn’t joined Inspo yet. If your work is featured and you want it removed or want to claim your profile, contact us at support@inspo.fm and we will act promptly.

5. Acceptable use

No illegal content or activity, harassment, or impersonation.
No sexual content involving minors — zero tolerance; we report to NCMEC as required by law.
No spam, scraping, automated account creation, or interference with the service.
No posting others’ work as your own or without rights.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Copyright & DMCA

We respect copyright and respond to notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. If you believe content on Inspo infringes your copyright, send a notice with: (1) your contact information; (2) identification of the copyrighted work; (3) the URL of the infringing content; (4) a statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized; (5) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and you are the owner or authorized to act; and (6) your physical or electronic signature.

Send DMCA notices to our designated agent: copyright@inspo.fm (or by mail to the agent address on file with the US Copyright Office). We remove or disable access to infringing content promptly, notify the poster, and accept counter-notices in the statutory form. Where content is removed, its pages and links stop being served immediately and direct media addresses stop working within about a minute; previously loaded cached copies of images may persist for up to a few hours, and video playback already in progress may finish. Bytes may be retained privately for counter-notice recovery.

Repeat infringers: we terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyright.

7. Bookings and external links

Book buttons and links lead to third-party sites. Inspo is not a party to any booking, payment, or service arrangement between you and an artist, and is not responsible for third-party sites or services.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Inspo is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inspo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to $100 or the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, whichever is greater.

9. Ending your account

You can stop using Inspo at any time. To delete your account, email support@inspo.fm from your account email and we will delete it per our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with an updated date. Continuing to use Inspo after changes take effect means you accept them.
